Driver verification
Every HAILU driver must pass identity verification before they can accept a ride. HAILU uses automated identity checks, including face matching and liveness detection, alongside licence and credential verification.
Ongoing compliance
HAILU requires drivers and vehicles to meet ongoing compliance requirements. Document expiry is monitored, and drivers who fall out of compliance are restricted from accepting rides.
Support when it matters
HAILU provides customer and driver support, with safety-assistance features built into every trip. Our safety framework includes customer protection processes designed to give riders and drivers confidence on every journey.
